When you buy from Pow!Science!, you're supporting a small "mom & pop" shop--not a warehouse or superstore--when your order comes in, we walk over to the store shelf, get the item, box it and ship it.

If you need to report a defective toy or kit, or a missing piece or something like that, please examine the package for information about contacting the manufacturer and contact them directly.

In most cases they will simply replace the part or entire kit without much fuss! Please do not send opened merchandise of any kind back to Pow!Science! If you can't find the manufacturer's contact info in your package, contact us and we'll get you in touch with the right person.

We ship all merchandise via United States Postal Service. All orders ship with USPS Delivery Confirmation(DC) Service (included in your shipping charge), except to regions where such service is not provided by USPS (USPS will not DC to APOs or most International Destinations. In such cases, your package will be insured, also included in your shipping charge).

Shipping will not be charged on domestic orders over $75.00. Order must be equal or greater than $75.00 after any coupons and discounts have been applied. Free Shipping offer is good only in the United States. International customers are not eligible for Free Shipping.

You will be contacted via email when your item has shipped and Pow!Science! will provide you with the DC number, which you can enter at USPS.com to check your shipment's status. NOTE: This is not "tracking", it is simply a "status check",giving you official notice from USPS that your shipment has entered USPS's system .

Shipping is free when you place an order of $75.00 or more. Free Shipping will be via USPS Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation.

We make every effort to ship your order the day you order it. We print our own shipping labels, and your package is either picked up by a postal employee or dropped in a 24 hour collection bin at the Post Office. If your package comes in too late for the postman, or doesn't fit in the bin, we'll ship it the next day.

International Orders ship by next Business Day.

Occasionally the Priority Shipping Rate is only slightly higher than the Parcel Post rate. Pow!Science! reserves the right to upgrade your shipping method at no extra cost to you. That's right, you'll take better service for the same price and like it!!

Products are generally kept in-stock and available for immediate shipment. If your order contains an item that is out of stock, your entire order will be held until the out-of-stock item is back in stock.

You will be also be notified via email of any delays, given an opportunity to cancel the out of stock portion of your order, and given a best estimate on when the item will be available for shipment. Our policy is to hold your order until when we have it back in stock.

If you elect to receive a refund instead, you should respond to our email or give us a call Toll Free at 1-888-708-2019 so that we can refund your credit card. Partial or full refunds are available any time up until your order has shipped.
