Kids learn about Bernoulli's Principle, lift and flight while building a take-home whirly-gig and learning to fold the World's greatest paper airplane (in my opinion)! The party/program finishes off by launching a mighty air-powered rocket hundreds of feet into the air(space & weather permitting)!
2003 was the centennial celebration of sustained, powered flight by humans. In 1903 Orville Wright made his historic first flight in Kitty Hawk North Carolina.
